Return/Exchange Policies
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or if there has been a shipping error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at contact@somostudio.co within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved or unauthorized returns.
